Role of the platform
Ticketjumper is a technical platform for creating and managing events and for selling admission tickets. The events offered through the platform are organized and carried out by the respective organizers on their own responsibility. When purchasing tickets, your contractual partner is exclusively the organizer named on the respective event page. The respective organizer is responsible for the content of the event pages, for staging the event, and for complying with the organizer's own statutory information obligations.
Consumer dispute resolution
We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (Section 36 of the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act, VSBG).
Liability for content
As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with general law.
